Waiver & Terms of Participation
By completing this registration, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the child being enrolled at 313 Football Academy and I agree to all terms and conditions relating to participation, membership, conduct, payments, and academy policies. I understand that these terms apply to all training sessions, programmes, events, venues, and football-related activities delivered or organised by the academy, and that it is my responsibility to read, understand, and comply with them in full.
1. Agreement to Terms
I confirm that I have read, understood, and accepted all terms outlined within this waiver on behalf of my child. I understand that participation in the academy is based on an ongoing membership agreement and that these terms apply at all times during enrolment.
2. Coaching, Development & Academy Standards
I understand that the academy is committed to providing a structured, positive, and development-focused environment. Sessions are designed to support long-term player development through coached football training, structured activities, and progressive learning. I understand that coaching decisions are made in the best interest of the group and individual player development, including session structure, group organisation, and training content. I accept that football development is a long-term process and that progress will vary depending on age, ability, attendance, effort, and consistency.
3. Behaviour, Conduct & Respect
I understand that all players, parents, and spectators are expected to behave respectfully at all times while attending or representing the academy. I agree to follow all instructions given by coaches and staff and to support a safe, focused, and professional environment. I understand that respectful behaviour includes treating coaches, staff, teammates, opposition players, parents, venue staff, and members of the public appropriately at all times.
I acknowledge that abusive, aggressive, disruptive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. I understand that repeated or serious behavioural issues may result in warnings, suspension, or removal from the academy without refund where necessary to maintain safety, standards, and the environment for all participants.
4. Medical Information & Emergency Care
I confirm that all relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, medications, behavioural needs, learning requirements, or additional support needs relating to my child have been fully disclosed. I understand it is my responsibility to keep this information accurate and up to date.
I confirm that my child is physically able to participate in football training and understands that physical activity involves movement, exertion, and contact. I acknowledge that participation carries inherent risks, including minor injuries such as sprains, strains, bruises, cuts, collisions, trips, and falls.
I authorise academy staff to provide basic first aid where necessary, to contact emergency services if required, and to act in the best interests of my child in any emergency situation where I cannot be reached immediately.
5. Participation & Risk Acknowledgement
I understand that football is a physical sport involving running, movement, competition, and physical contact. I acknowledge that while the academy provides structured and supervised sessions, accidents and injuries can still occur during participation.
I voluntarily accept these risks on behalf of my child and consent to their participation in all academy activities.
6. Academy Kit (Included in Joining Fee)
I understand that academy kit is mandatory for all players attending sessions at 313 Football Academy.
I acknowledge that the official academy kit is included within the joining fee paid at registration, which covers both registration and the required kit package. I understand that kit must be worn during sessions and that players must also attend with appropriate football footwear, shin pads, water, and suitable training clothing.
I understand that joining fees are non-refundable once paid and that academy kit is non-refundable once purchased or ordered. I accept that the academy reserves the right to refuse participation where a player repeatedly attends without the required kit or equipment.
7. Spond Payment & Attendance Policy
I understand that all bookings, payments, and membership administration are managed through the Spond platform.
I acknowledge that upon registration, a payment request will be issued via Spond and must be fully accepted and paid before my child is permitted to attend any session. If payment is not completed prior to arrival, my child will not be allowed to participate, and payment cannot be completed or resolved at the venue on the day.
I understand that only fully paid members are permitted to attend sessions and that access to training is strictly dependent on payment being completed in advance. I understand that all membership terms apply regardless of how payments are processed through Spond.
8. Missed Sessions & Make-Up Policy
I understand that missed sessions are generally non-refundable and non-transferable. I understand that make-up sessions may only be considered in cases of genuine medical illness or injury where my child is unable to attend for an extended period and where appropriate medical evidence such as a doctor’s note or medical certificate is provided.
I understand that make-up sessions, credits, or adjustments are offered solely at the discretion of the academy and are subject to availability and scheduling capacity. I acknowledge that holidays, school commitments, travel, personal arrangements, or general non-attendance do not qualify for refunds, credits, or make-up sessions.
9. Membership & Cancellation Policy
I understand that membership operates on a rolling monthly basis and continues automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the academy’s cancellation policy.
Cancellation requires 1 full calendar month’s written notice submitted via email to info@313footballacademy.com. A full calendar month means that notice must cover an entire calendar month rather than 30 days.
For example, if cancellation is submitted in January, membership will continue through February and end at the conclusion of February. If submitted in May, it will continue through June and end at the conclusion of June.
I understand and agree that membership payments remain fully payable throughout the full notice period and that my child may continue attending sessions during this time. I understand that the final month forms part of the notice period and secures my child’s place. I further understand that all fees are non-refundable once paid and that non-attendance does not pause or cancel payments. Cancellation requests are only valid once confirmed by the academy.
10. Liability Disclaimer
I understand and accept that 313 Football Academy, its coaches, staff, volunteers, and partner venues are not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, or for delays, cancellations, or changes to sessions caused by operational requirements, staffing adjustments, venue availability, weather conditions, or other external factors. I understand that participation is voluntary and that I accept all responsibilities on behalf of my child.
